Successful coaches will have their own profile on our Performance Team page, complete with their biography and professional photograph, allowing prospective athletes to understand who they are and what they stand for.

All Performance Team coaches must:

• Hold appropriate coaching qualifications.

• Operate strictly within the remit of those qualifications.

• Maintain their own insurance.

• Promote and support the Norsem Endurance brand.

• Share our values and commitment to athlete care.

• Be assessed and approved before joining the team.
